Old programs are no longer functional. While they may still have the ability to read and write, ATMs and POS systems fail to detect the chip correctly, rendering them useless. Versions like X2 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, including v2.5 and v2.6, no longer work. Additionally, software labeled as X3 or EMV V8.6 is entirely fake—these versions never existed and are simply scams. Many fraudsters attempt to sell outdated or cracked versions under misleading names, but in reality, we release older software for free. If you do not have the latest updated version, it is impossible to write a chip successfully. Stay informed and avoid wasting time or money on obsolete or fraudulent software.
